Brand Ambassador Agreement

BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the JESSE JIMZ Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We” and “our” refer to JESSE JIMZ.

REFERRAL CODE USAGE

As an Ambassador we will provide a URL link and/or specific code for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchase.

This link/code is not to be shared on public coupon/discount websites.

COMPENSATION

As an Ambassador you will receive one free product of your choice each month plus free shipping.

You will receive a 15% net commission on all sales generated using your unique referral link/code.

After 10 sales, you will receive a 20% commission.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment will be on the 10th of every month via PayPal for the previous month’s sales.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

As an Ambassador we expect you to represent our brand in a positive light and not post anything related to the following:

– X-rated and sexually explicit materials
– Promoting violence and/or drug use
– Promoting illegal or questionable activities
– Violated intellectual property rights
– Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age

NO RESALE

Products provided are for personal and promotional use and may not be resold.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT

This agreement will end when terminated by either party in writing.
